4. Caleb

I have always been a big fan of the name Caleb and I will admit that I have been surprised that it has not caught on and been more popular. One of the reasons that it might not have caught on is that the name actually means “dog” and I am going to guess that most people do not want their child associated with an animal. However for the millions of parents who are seeking a Jewish name and do not care about the meaning this is a great contender.
