At ChitChatBaby.com customers come first. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with you built on trust and satisfaction. If you are displeased with your products in any way and they abide by this return policy, you can return the products within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. The only case which we will pay for return shipping is if your item is broken or damaged upon receipt and cannot be fixed by replacement parts. In all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping. In addition, if you refuse a package or you are not home for arrival and the package is returned to sender; we will charge you a 15% restocking fee.
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all packing materials, tags, manuals, and registration cards.

Upon receipt, we will inspect your return to insure that it complies with our return policy. Once this is verified we will issue a refund, store credit, or exchange depending on the situation. This process can take up to 10 business days after we receive your return. All returns received by us that do not abide by this return policy will be charged a 15% to 50% restocking fee depending on the condition of the return. This typically applies to used merchandise.
